HOUSE BILL NO. 144 "An Act relating to fees for certain costs of               
administering the permanent fund dividend program" was read the

Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that HOUSE                    
BILL NO. 144 be advanced to third reading and placed on final                  
passage.  Without objection, it was so ordered.
